  • We agree to work to recognize, name, disrupt, and repair microaggressions within our community
  • We assume best intentions and are direct, open, and honest with our colleagues. We know that issues are resolved by open communication, not by gossip

  • We respect time; members remain present and work is focused and framed in the context of our work with students and collaboration as adults
